Mid-Wales My Way
Powys County Council wanted to attract adventurous tourists to experience the region’s stunning landscape. They sought to use local folklore to showcase the area's magic and beauty while appealing to both children and adults in Welsh and English.
We combined the mysticism of the region’s folklore with the range of outdoor activities available. Our animated retelling of the Three Sisters of Plynlimon myth beautifully depicted the formation of three iconic rivers. The campaign included a hero film and supporting social and design assets to maximize reach.
The campaign has been widely praised by locals and visitors. The film is now showcased in cinemas and visitor centres across the region, enhancing regional tourism marketing.
