NHS England wanted to showcase the impact of a new health initiative, ‘Joined Up Care Derbyshire,’ which brings 12 care providers together for more efficient patient care.
We centred the campaign around Jean, a patient whose recovery story demonstrated the benefits of joined-up healthcare. Her journey—returning to her beloved garden—was told through interviews and hand-drawn animations.
The film was praised by both patients and healthcare professionals. It has also been used outside Derbyshire to promote the model to other NHS organizations.
