The trust needed a recruitment campaign showcasing the variety of nursing careers available at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital.
We filmed six real nurses, from trainees to senior professionals, capturing day-in-the-life stories that highlight both career progression and the hospital’s unique culture.
The campaign has become a core part of the trust’s recruitment strategy, used across digital channels and recruitment events to attract new nurses.
