NHS Leadership Academy
The NHS Leadership Academy needed content to support their Frontline Nursing and Midwifery programme, which aimed to develop leadership skills for 5,000+ nurses and midwives.
We produced a blend of animated guides, presenter-led content, interviews, and interactive scenarios, ensuring an engaging learning journey. Over 60 videos were scripted, produced, and edited in six months.
The programme was a success, empowering healthcare professionals with leadership skills. Following its success, we created video content for Edward Jenner and Mary Seacole leadership programmes.
